About our Roll Off Dumpsters
You might! If you are part of an HOA or a private community, there may be limitations on where you can place, how long you can keep, and how big a dumpster you can order. You'll want to check your community resources before you place your order. Generally, it is not allowed to place a dumpster on a public roadway unless you have a special permit.
Only if you want to.
NOVA RECON can always get a dumpster to you the next working day if you place your order by noon the day before. All orders are prepaid online. So, if you have ordered in advance and need to reschedule, just let us know at least a day before.
It is a good idea to have some plywood under each of the corners of the dumpster in order to protect the surface where it is being placed. The customer is responsible for protecting the surface or ground beneath the dumpster.
It is absolutely best to have an adult in your household there when the dumpster arrives. The driver’s idea of best placement may not be the same as yours.
Yes! Of course these are special circumstances and generally incur an additional fee. Don’t hesitate to email or call us if you need special arrangements.
We will pick up your full dumpster or exchange your dumpster for another one the day after you email info@novarecon.com or call us 703-334-8104 that you are ready! Easy, right?
Loads vary depending on materials, but a typical dumpster load is between 4-6 tons. Remember, 4 tons of debris is included with your dumpster order. Loads should not exceed 10 tons. If you want to dump heavy loads like dirt, bricks or concrete, just send us a note first and we’ll help you place the order and give a flat rate.
Absolutely. Send us a note or call us. We can negotiate a monthly rate for a yard dumpster and guarantee your dump fee rate for a year so your expenses are completely predictable.
Yes, we can provide you a cover to help Contractors comply with Storm Water Management rules. Please email us or call and we can discuss those terms and pricing.
Other than hazardous materials such as toxic chemicals, medical waste, and other items that are illegal to dump, like car batteries, most anything else you would store around the house or use during construction is ok in the dumpster. Appliances, furniture, tires and items like that which are non-compressible typically incur an additional charge. If you aren’t sure about an item, just shoot us a note or call!
